Weather monitoring stations · pre-sales
Answer the tender with the figure that is on the datasheet.
MeteoMind reads a weather monitoring station tender, drafts the technical specification your desk has to return, and marks every offered value with the document it was read from.

What it produces
One document: the technical specification, the sheet the customer asks for alongside the commercial offer. It is the only thing MeteoMind drafts today.
The customer's rows, kept
Every requirement stays in the customer's order and the customer's wording. Nothing is merged, renamed or sorted, because the reviewer reads your sheet line by line against their own.
One offered figure per requirement
Read off the datasheet of the instrument being quoted, with the document and page held against the cell. A figure with nothing behind it is marked in the sheet instead of passing quietly.
Deviations written out
Where the offered figure does not meet the requirement, the row carries the reason it is still acceptable. An unexplained deviation is what costs you the clarification round.
Excel on the way out
The eight columns, the meta band and the row numbering of the file Aeron already sends. Export is .xlsx, ready to attach to the offer.
Not in scope yet: the bill of materials, the guaranteed technical particulars, the Modbus register map and the battery sizing. Those are still done by hand.
How it works
- 01
Upload the tender
PDF, Word, Excel or a photograph of a printed page. The requirement tables come out of all four, so nothing has to be retyped before you start.
- 02
Researched from the maker's own datasheet
Each requirement is matched to an instrument and answered from the manufacturer's datasheet, found on the web and linked from the cell. What one tender finds, the next one starts from.
- 03
Correct it, then export
Change a figure in the sheet, or say what is wrong in the chat. A correction you make outranks the model and survives the next pass. Export the .xlsx when it reads right.
